I think there's a place for soul bound weapons that can't be dropped or traded.

I here you say 'but then pvp is worthless for rewards in rvr'

But, if you have a weapon you may sell, or get a better version of later on then if it's soul bound you can't trade it on. This means people have a conscious choice, make a weapon soul bound that stops it dropping at the risk of it being worthless should you find an intense/legendary or change your mind and level another proficiency instead. Once a weapon is soul bound it is out of circulation, making the ones that are risked to be kept tradeable worth even more.

This could be added as a Barr sink at a ratio of your level x10k or whatever mats / quests.

Im suprised people need a barr sink, myself i always have close to 0 barr and i think this is the case for most people lol

I'm Brassick and forever in debt to people hence why I added mats and quests for dsoma lol. Thing is dsoma is a tale of different halves because the only times you ever get Barr in an affluent way is if you're a Mage hunting egf between level 31ish and 50 max or if you're an archer. Fact is archers on dsoma probably have 90% of the Barr that could be distributed.

maybe now dsoma got crafting, it could be a skill for crafters to be able to soul bound arm/wep and acc to a person?

Archers are also 90% of the population.....

i disagree certain archers only have cash because they farmed minotaur wich are decent, but not every archer hunted them.

187 probly has the most barr in dsoma and thats becoz we ran 4 chars from about 40 to 70+ on minotaurs trying in vein i might add to get a descent weapon

this is soma, and soma is good. its not wow or some .... get over it :/
bad idea , since now you can hand over drops to ppl who need it. then you get useless drop you cant use, so you npc it.
