At t1 it was always 8k, but since the changes to restocks its now only 6k. Is this a bug or is it meant to be like that?

A while ago we made a change with the restock NPC's.
Before it did not restock at all if there were still mats left over (even if it was 1). So we changed it. Now it restocks even if there are more mats in there, but rather than adding it up it replaces it. I'd say we'd need a check to make sure a restock never goes down. :P
