I don't see this as a bannable offense.
The game mechanics could be altered, though I don't currently see how. Feel free to bring up ideas. |

Surely the easiest thing would be for guards to kill grey players?
Would this not come under the rules of: Grieffing a player by killing them over and over again? 4) Don't harass other players, this entails; - Stopping someone from hunting through; grieffing, debuffing (slow/blind), luring mobs or otherwise. 2) Town guards are there for a reason. Do not pk in town areas. Surely this portrays the game in a very bad light and isn't something we would want?

"DEAMOND"Surely the easiest thing would be for guards to kill grey players? They're not really being harassed if the person isn't even at the computer... they're none the wiser.

Which again, wouldn’t happen if they were at their computer. As Ghost has said, it’s a non issue.

Tbh the fact they get grieffed says to me they are blatantly afk while gaining stats which actually is a bannable offence so the dead guy should consider himself lucky not to be banned anyway?

Let’s weigh this up a moment.
If I was afk in town, and could be killed over and over - I would only respawn in TYT. = Griefing If I was playing Esoma and for some reason could be 1 hit in by some players, I would be 1 hit and warped to gain drops = Griefing. The fact that a player was doing something ‘wrong’ doesn’t constitute how ever many deaths it took to empty his inventory. We can all say that disco deserved a punishment ( as can the many others who have healed afk etc) but the moment we think that one bad turn deserves a relentless assault, is where things have gone too far. Ghost knows that. To remain grey over and over for however long it took to get that many kills, clearly shows a flaw in the system that. That doesn’t mean disco didn’t deserve a death or to loose something but to stay grey for that many kills? I think Tyrese would agree that it should be fixed. If after being killed the player kept trying to heal afk (no longer grey)then that’s just the result of what the player was trying to do and so I suppose can be considered totally self inflicted.

I don't understand why people are trying to get GMs to fix an issue which as arisen because a player is breaking the rules the GM has set....
Don't go afk, it's simple |

You guys are morons if you don't see a problem that when someone that goes grey, can then be killed 30+ times.

No fox, that’s the risk you take when going grey etc. You revive grey until it wears off. In discos case he kept healing himself (this keeping his grey going) obviously the reason this kept happening is because he was afk healing.
As mentioned though, it’s a non issue if you aren’t afk and grey disappears after 30seconds if no kills were made.
