The trouble is people trying to defend themselves and that being instinctual...if the person defends themselves they lose immunity, I just think the current system still encourages people running round getting kills from people who will just bend over and take it, to buff their k/d...I see people hanging about on noobs in town waiting for someone to log in, just to follow them from spawn to spawn and try get those kills off of an easy target. Someone mentioned elsewhere there's no kills on the feed...that's because no one is playing as they are fed up with current state of affairs. If cap is raised with things as they are, I think it will stay the way it is. At least for Dsoma. Many changes have been made on this server that you probably aren't aware of, people used to have to have big balls to be angel... it's way too easy now, previously you were much more likely to drop items, have to run MUCH more, harder to hunt and repair, higher chance of guard killing you (before penalty exp existed this would make you drop items with no other choice)...it's just a joke now. Even reverting PK back to how it was but making it how it used to be for Angel moral chars would be better than it currently is. If an opposing side had a reason to try and hunt down an angel char (i.e. potential to drop gear greater than it is now) maybe they would log in more often, and maybe people who think they are big being Angel would suddenly tone it down...

Mob stealing would need to be a bannable offense if it is done in an unreasonable manner, but other than that I see no problems with doing this?
If it can be coded so that a mob cannot be hit by a person not in the same party as you, that would also be resolved anyway.
Let me know your thoughts.

I think not virt, or there could be another tier to angel, sometimes it can be bad judgement on when to stop and killing the wrong person jumps you a lot more points than the next, and end up in angel by default whereas the ones who max out moral would be interesting
Or remove moral cap so its infinite time getting back out if you to choose to grief people
