How does Dsoma lvling system now work

ZELRIN	Sorry if this has been asked. If it has please lock this!! But now stat gains have changed and being spent. How is Dsoma lvling work? Does it matter what monster you hunt now? Is it always wise to hunt things 30+ str more then yourself? If i hunt a lower str mob what str from it can i hunt? and do i waste exp if i hunt UNDER that limit? Thanks in advance!! SAL3M	Level on whatever gives you the fastest % - everything else is irrelevant. Once you go +31 str on a mob you will no longer get xp is the only consideration.
