If the IP logs shows thats luther pretending to be chinese original leo in order to gain access to another character, then surely leo/luther should be permanatly banned in accordance with mr_perfecr getting a perm banned for effectively the same thing.
Heres hoping the IP logs are checked and a GM response to follow. Rules should be equal across the board if luther is trying to gain access to characters that are not his own then an identical punishment to mr_ps is essential to show consistant GM'ing. /gand

1) That was Leo who posted that, I am pretty sure. Leo, Ceo, XKF and Style have always spoken an amount of English that enables them to "get by". The posts in Chinese discussion where made by Style, and they don't seem any difference in English comprehension to this, but nobody said anything then.
2) How can he gain access to an account? He wouldn't have the email or the password? I am fairly sure monarch is one of their SR characters who got deleted by whichever one of the EQ players received the passwords. Even if that is Luther on there... He wouldn't be able to log onto the character unless Leo gave him the user and password. So I don't see how that has any relevance to anything to do with MrP. Just sounds like sour grapes from EQ wanted one of the best characters not in their guild easily deleted.

Personally dont see why im replying to you as you brought a character for money which is against the rules, and nothings been done about that. But anyways back on topic... If luther is pretending to be leo posting on the forum to gain access to a charcter that was never luthers to ask for off anyone other than the original owners. Then that is exactly the same as mr_p scamming chinese to get access, the only difference is its being done to a GM which i would argue is more serious? Anyways until isylver comes on an checks the IP from which leo posted this conversation is pretty null and void. but i find it funny that the forum account of leo is used straight after luther was bragging today he got access again, i await isylver to sort this issue. As nobody should be pretending to be someone else to get a character back, i love how because im in EQ its immediatly labelled "sour grapes" i never logged on to any chinese character which dan can confirm and dont agree with character grieffing. And mr_p was never once in EQ

You where responding because I made a valid point Gandalf, How is someone asking (He might not even get it restored, most likely won't, and I don't personally think it should be restored) for a character to be restored gaining access and conning a GM? I am fairly sure a GM can see all IP's so its not a "con" in the first place. I am also 100% sure that "Monarch" is on a completely separate log in, therefore he wouldn't have access anyway. This is just someone asking for an account of theirs to be restored that was deleted. EQ players jumping all over it pretty stupid. Just needs a Yes or No from a GM. The point still stands, Even if that is Luther, and even if the character gets restored. How has he scammed anyone for access to a character? He wouldn't have the logs for Monarch.
