Because you are switching from one to the other but also making out like it was all or mostly me. Certain members attacked on site which often turned into pk wars, which yes I'd join in on when it turned into a full on fight. You also need to clarify whether you mean Arrow or Stones. Stones I chased at wbm frequently, simply for the fact he would go after noob members all the time to. But laughing about it? Think you are being over sensitive there, because as I say I didn't hound you that much personally other than when you were pking members... I laugh about 3 mages grief blinding me constantly for weeks to try stop me leveling despite it being frustrating at the time and them having zero consequences. As I first said, my point here is if you can prevent this toxic game play style (which some things Gms have done are good but need refining), whatever side it comes from (and I still stand by never having gone to the lengths certain individuals still do) then it will help keep players active. Or keep things how they are I don't really don't mind either way way, as I've done before I can happily walk away from the game, it doesn't mean that much to me, i'd just like to see it do better. Maybe it wasn't you but whoever the other player was (Mark?) he didn't stop. Yes people could stop the toxic behaviour but it's funny how you/guild only ask for it when you no longer have the upper hand and are getting spanked, but the same people laugh about it when they have more members online and you see the forum videos/posts "Mutiny shitters" "wow these guys are so bad" etc etc when they're killing people with more numbers / ganking people who are trying to farm. Can't have it both ways Only carebears I see here are the ones rage quitting because they can't handle PvP in an open world PvP based mmo the same people who were more than happy to do the same thing to others but can't take it in return

Not sure who you are referencing in terms of quitting, because as far as I'm aware, Encore have always wanted to stay neutral and didn't attack at any point, (until they got attacked) the ex AP members that have joined now, sure. But they haven't quit? Besides doesn't that point out a problem if they quit because of that? (not saying they did but let's say you are right?) I'm still playing and leveling/farming when I can be bothered. The care bares thing was being sarcastic and calling those already accused of being care bares (including me), care bears, because who cares? didn't aim it at anyone, you are proper hardcore mate, you play hours I'm unwilling to play I'll give you that. Have you ever seen me shout anything in game or make videos? (anything unreasonable I mean) I only respond on the rare occasion when I see my name pop up unprompted/insulted several times or more. The thing we can conclude here is that everyone has gotten involved in things perhaps when they don't want to, and some follow the sadistic few who we shall not name. It's all fine, but it snowballs, then the people that think it's hardcore to keep the status quo (usually the ones with most active players) say so, and vice versa. My comment was purely that I believe for longevity both need catering to and from that I started getting hate, because I'm a stupid care bear. I have been asking for it ever since I was 20 levels ahead of most people, because I saw how destructive it was for the lower levels btw. Maybe you would lose a few PKers if PK mode was off for 4 hours a day, but I doubt it. Made a suggestion many times via PM a long time ago to a GM for a peace mode (no PK mode) that comes on and off throughout the soma day, to allow both free pk and free PVE. Like some MMOs have in different flavors. He didn't like it years ago and he doesn't like it now (re pm'd him with it), so I never posted it to the forum as I know it won't get put in.

Soma was never a open world pvp game. Its an MMORPG. PvP wasn't a big part of it in Esoma. Its only a big deal now because everyone gets bored at 110 or of farming. So they then go roaming the maps to kill people and if it wasn't for the pvp level difference cap, it'd be worse. As for Devil Soma, it was just designed differently, its still a skeleton of HSoma and needs more content, more drops, more mobs, just to catch up to Hsoma standards and to give a chance of creating a community not just about pvp. Anyway, both worlds have moved on - people ask for cap raises, more weapons, until they get bored again. That's why our GM's went out on a limb to work on a CTF map - arguably successful or not but there's also other areas to put attention into. Its just about what they do next, apart from a cap raise in terms of steering the ship, although we are all busy, we are a bit drip fed on information these days.
