rejuvenate quests

As per the podcast here are the quests that i briefly looked at that i thought could be improved

Leiver Livers - Reasonable change, maybe just upping the chance of epic or intense would be enough
Bitter Blue Monday - Blood bows are craftable and Drazil are not fast to kill so agree with you. Or up the reward to a higher bow. Bear Grills - Insane amount of bears for a older, redundant tablet - change tablet or reduce the bears to 100 or something Bear Necessicities - Low spawn, slow to kill, 500 is a bit much for just one large cache. So yes double the reward or half the kills needed. Will post back on rest tomorrow.
