Sick of seeing anonymous border-line abusive posts on forum. People who want to be moronic should pay for it with reputation tied to their account and main character, meaning they are forced to suffer the consequences of doing so.

Pretty certain people create accounts just to post obnoxiously. away from their main or accounts they share.

Those who use store accounts to do trades on forum can level them to 10 in no time ;p

its already at a limit of lvl 10. i hate having to lvl stores to post but maybe a lvl 20/30 limit would be better

Was trying to think of a solution earlier for this. Hard to think how logistically it could work, but how about almost a levelling system on forum based on characters age? Store chars tend to have been around a while anyway, so could prevent people making "quick" abuse characters.

Levelling could also be determined on how many posts the character has made, thus proving "legitimacy". A bit like EBay reviews.

Still don't think it would solve anything, iv got a few store chars that iv had online for more than 30 hours lol

atleast if they been online that long chances are sum1 will know who it is. to remove the anonymous abuse mostly

there used to be a level limit...but its back down to lev 1 i think

To be honest, just a simple report button would work to alert a GM about stuff like that, but 1) it's a waste of GMs time, and 2) people would be abusing it left, right and centre...

Hours in game means nothing. How easy is it to make a separate account, use a VPN to hide IP address then just have a toon afk in town.

alot of work just to write some abuse on the forum.
