A good tactic would be to semi circle tanks using PD and shields around the door, have mages behind them all casting DB in high defence armour and behind them have archers.
Then have 4-5 capped players floating as a clean up squad and to attack archers sitting too far back for int to be used on them. Lower level characters can be of great use within the circle healing tanks, curing status ailments and confuse / blinding devils to alleviate stress off of the tanks. I imagine the devils would struggle dealing with it.

Any white mage has access to a spell with bigger range than bow so if they're far enough behind tanks they dont need to be able to take much damage
