What do the stats in the red and green boxes to the right of all the items stats mean?

It's comparing the stat/skill requirements of the weapon with the stats/skills of the character that you currently have "pinned" under account management - SCOIN. The red number is how much less you have than the item requires. The green number is how much more you have than the item requires. This goes for monsters on the armory aswell. Green will tell you how much more of a stat you have than the monster, and red is how much less you have than them.
