sometimes the first 80 restock is at t1 or t2 . Like the copper, the first restock after time 0 is random, then every 40 mins
With mr 'fast fingers' above..and others... there aint a lot to go round

never been a fan of ''bone shops' tbh.. same ppl camping..gettin them all. Tho ive had plenty, competition for them now is fierce.. My old hands and slow payg internet.. ive given up ;(

Plenty of people leave bones on the floor at boars. Ask people to collect for you :)

with the new quests at scorps.. be nice if scorp tails were a new 'bone' alternative

Another solution would be to have all craftable items be able to disassemble them, then u might be able to recoup some bones from all them untag apus, stinger bows ;)
