new patch (dsoma)

so with the new patch incoming

was hoping it would play into and bring str class's a bit more into it (pvp wise)

but seems like the new patch will hardly change anything dsoma wise

with

axers getting 22 str
spears getting 21 str
swords getting 20 str
knuckles getting 19 str
archers getting 19 str

could we not increase the gap more, as the dex difference atm already outplays the str difference

Spose it will all depend on the weapons then


and then onto RvR effect, with humans getting a str cap of 236, and a major boost to there weapons, bringing melee class's into play at wotw, which is fine, im just worried about how many axe's with 5th axe will be there compaired to devil numbers

Don't feel there is too much wrong with the Str classes atm, spear does feel a little bit squishy imo but other than that everything seems very good

It's not perfect, but it's 100% the most balanced DSoma has ever been.

The main problem I find with STR classes is the range and everyone having the same movement speed.

Can get away with it abit more on Hsoma where most chars have axe as a second wep for stone aura, but even then bow is still king due to range, even with the buffs in damage to other weps.

Hopefully some sort of movement speed slow or proc 3rd axe aura is incoming in the new patch

Not trying to be negative, was just hoping with more lvls str chars would come back into play vs dex

The difference is almost minimal in the change, was hoping for abit more. (Unless we are relieing on the new weapons to make the difference)

Also im not fussed if hsoma did get 236 str cap, just a little worryed if hsoma melee does become viable in wotw what it will be like walking out of safe zone with hsoma melee , 90% having 150 axe skill

Going to be very hard to balance Devils vs Humans without creating unbalanced DvD or HvH PvP. Having the WotW % system effect f10 instead of f9 might be worth looking into, then bring devils up to 80-90% and test damage.

More so 5th axe than the balance I'm worryed about for wotw

If it does become semi balance for human melee, how many will turn up that has 5th axe

Are devil range 1 class's just going to be instant 5th and kept stoned untill there dead
