It's possible to add that to the attacking BMP's so you only see the chidori effect when you attack =]

I have posted a guide on how to edit BMP's on the Discussions Forum =] I can make you a chidori effect for 4th nuk maybe if you'd like, as that won't take too long as opposed to editing all attacks for nuk to have the desired effect :P
