Isn't it the current % which not sure on without looking minus a further 12.5% anyway, so you have said 68% which means 67.5% so devs are raiding on 55%?

I wasn’t in any decent gear but capped str and I was literally tickling Merlin 🤦🏼‍♂️

Good fun, thought I was doing more dmg than I was!
