When this quest is in progress, it does not allow you to talk to NPC about other quests or use his shop facilities.

Also you cannot abandon the quest. When quest completed it then automatically sends you on a job to give a crystal gem to a priest too!

This stops you from completing the Fortune Ticket quest from Gukseo
