Bug with Shouting

When you are waiting for stamina to regain, there is a delay from when you are at full stamina and when you can shout, its a couple of seconds delay but if you type ! and shout as soon as your stam has regenerated you have to type it all out again.

Yep and its been here since Esoma. Its almost as though there is a pause between it being recognised as full.

I'd say its a good 5 seconds. Quite annoying though.

It is because the stamina bar updates client side when it regens and the server is also doing the regen but not sending updates to client. Therefore they will be completely out of sync (each time the regen is stopping or starting the time it takes for server to know will accumulate and that will be how much it is out of sync).

It could be changed so the server sends the stamina updates and hopefully there is no client side side effects. This does however increase the amount of packets that server is sending to clients by a fair bit. So a better option might be to include a stamina update and a point of sync within the movement packets (so then client will be starting and stopping the regen when it receives a server response and then client will be slightly behind the server so the issue shouldn't happen anymore).
