Have more than 1 rested exp value.

Rested 1 with works as normal (in town / logged out)

Rested 2 fills up by quest / exp pots. not capped at 100% so you can use all those rested pots currently stuck in wh without fear of losing out on any exp if you log out.

moving mouse over exp instead of showing rested % it could show

with the split it could also be possible to have rested 2 exp at a higher rate say 3x?

so you can have 2x rates with current rested and 3x rates for donation pots. (upto lvl 100?) then 2x afterwards
