Something wrong with my stats

So I'm not quite sure how this has happened but whilst fighting a bug I opened up my stats and well was greeted with insane stats. Gladly its just a visual thing as I couldn't use an axe. I'm on a clean install of windows 7 ultimate with chrome and that's it. Additionally closing and opening the stats menu does not fix this issue.
Edit Number 1: Apparently this issue has existed since esoma as when I asked in game others said they encountered this issue.
