Frame rate delay?

Anyone else have a delay on his frame rate since this morning? My client(single or multple) just starts laging as if something wrong with the frame rate.
Ive tried re-installing soma but i still got the same issue...

Anyone got any idea or experience with this problem?

I couldn't get one today for about 15mins. Didn't need todo anything just worked..
