Unless your lucky enough to be able to kill the Pand bosses, or there's someone in town (that can also craft), or are lucky to get a drop. This quest is pretty important.
However it rewarding an untag weapon is pretty bad and demotivating. Can... a) The quest explain it rewards a 30 Skill weapon, rather than say 'a high level' weapon as that's misleading b) Can the quest reward be Hard~Rare tag - since the next weapon is some 25 skill away.
