Each new calendar month, a random mob from both Hsoma and Dsoma is selected.

Two forum threads are created, one for each, that share the mobs loot files and % chances and spawn locations.

Everyone has a chance to provide input on changes, for and against etc. in balance on drops, % and location / spawn density etc.

GM's adjust according to genuine feedback? :)
