Bugs are 99% used for con training or to gather for a heal char to try healing for int or even skilling a weapon.
Either way, the stat xp and xp are not used or needed. As con has been designed to done at any level but is only gained by number of physical hits. Can you reduce the XP gained from these mobs to almost zero - so that higher level chars don't waste XP on them...and get even further behind than those who do it at a low level.

There is pro’s and cons to this.
I always did my con using low str (before bugs were readily available in tyt I used prismatic shadows on Michelin) for the best possible gains. If people choose to do con later on then I don’t see why they should be punished. But this this has the argument of for example Michelin used up to lvl 18 on con compared to 15 people use now. Also newer chars again will be able to do it all at lvl1 giving new “super chars” extra % for stays. I think as it stands, if you didn’t take the time to do con early on, that’s your loss and should’ve thought about it in the long term.

Well honestly, I was also thinking about low levels getting so much XP per punch. as well
In the end, yes it does come down to both ups and downs and what is and isn't allowed as an optional advantage but I think the obvious answer is, are the individual differences reasonable And importantly are GM's aware of the overall difference? We know that healing to 100 INT is allowed/going to stay We know that the +50 mob track is still viable but apparently is going to be much less prominent (will that happen by 120? It hasn't been specified). We know there is a bonus(?) of keeping STR and DEX close together. How much difference does that make? We know that doing CON early has an advantage. I don't know how much though.

Exactly, we know all of this info so in theory it’s our choice and not hidden from us when creating a character.
Personally, it won’t bother me too much as I highly doubt we will see people making new super chars at this stage and the majority of 100+ chars have 30 or near enough con.

those of us that did 30 con from level1 ..went to approx lev 16 or lev 17 to do that.
By making them give no xp would put all the existing charactersat a disadvantage xp wise. Not a massive thing...but it would be changing the 'rulebook' to the detriment of players that have done the 30 con slog

Let's not fix something that isn't broken. Everyone knows they must do con at some point.

"LUPISCUS"those of us that did 30 con from level1 ..went to approx lev 16 or lev 17 to do that. Only argument would be do you really gain that much in lvl 0-16, I doubt the difference at max level would even make 0.1 str. I did con to 30 at lvl 55 so I'm disadvantaged those who did it at 0-14 but for me the benefits outweighed the cons. Pun intended ;)

To Lupi and Dios -
Do you think it fair a new player (yes the illusive new player that everyone reckons doesn't exist), would be advised to make a new character because... They will lose out if they don't do con early They will lose out if they don't hunt 30+ stat monsters at least They will lose out if they don't heal partially some of their INT? They will lose out if they don't keep their DEX and STR in check together? What manual in this game or quests helps you to know that? Nothing does. To me, I think that is broken overall in Hsoma. Do I think some of it should remain? Sure, people should have an optional advantage and people should get slightly different builds of char to what they hunt... but I think there's 4 things there that when added together are possibly gimping someone's character. Now I'm not saying that all above should be fixed or broken but I am saying added up together, that's going to be quite a difference and a quick Bug change is going to help that. In respect of us 'old' players, its evitable that things will get changed to not favour us. Its no different to the amount of matts that people have poured into the Stinger tier of weapons to now find they are going to be reasonably replaceable once Negamare is more routinely farmed. We either adjust or move on.

Ok fair enough. I'll make a post about a possible review on con.
