Tested the application of a blue POD on a Critical Magic Earring to see what effect it had on it. Usually when applied to armour they add an attack AND an increased % proc, so with that in mind, the idea of applying to an accessory with the same sort of concept appealed to see what it did.
I had an untagged Critical Magic Earring with +23~33 MA (13%), after applying a blue POD to +1 it came back as +23~33 MA (13%). ((no effect)) Presuming red PODs are the same for normal crit earring, could it be implemented to have a red/blue POD work for these types of accesories, in the same way it is used for armour please? Would be a nice touch to add a new use to PODs thaaaaanks :D

its KE for normal crit earring, not sure of the magic item is it CT?

Yeh, but to increase % proc with it - like it does with armour. CT I'd just use on a magic earring, rather that one be 100% + 2 MA.
