Normally a well versed IT team will simply make the web/traffic proxy the only gateway that goes out and in (both ways) for the internet for that office, all offices or for the subnet your work PC belongs too. Also, a company that spends out on a web proxy, probably inventories the software on your machine, so be wary about installing Soma (copying the files and running the executables is a bit better though). Easiest method and one you can be excused for doing is enabling remote desktop on your home machine(without NLA). Setup a port forward of 3389 with a source of * to your LAN IP of your home machine on your router. Then get the public IP your home broadband is on and using remote desktop, RDP to that IP. If you're then ever caught you can be "doing personal admin" on your home PC. Be aware that its generally considered insecure by modern standards to expose a PC/Server to the internet with 3389 open without any kind of extra protection (e.g MFA). A VPN will likely get flagged by your companies firewall, if not blocked altogether, either way, unwanted attention for you. [/quote]
