Everywhere I have read its
Immortality eye+gorshak blood at pot table Decay tooth +tiresias blood at pot table After many many attempts over the years I've never managed these, now at 148 skill currently I still cant get a success in these? The poison vial and slow vials i have many success in which i find odd
