Hi,
I thought adding this to the ini file meant you didnt have to go via the launch window? resolution_up_scale=0 im sure it worked in the past. did something change? its just very usefull when running multiple instances so you dont have to worry if the first crashes. because as it stands if the first crashes the other windows go black because of the graphics settings. I thought this little but in the ini file was great. if the syntax has been updated. would someone let me know what you need to add to fix this? Thanks, Typh

resolution_up_scale, as the name suggests, is for upscaling your resolution. Not sure where you got the idea it does something different.
If you want to solve the issue with 32/16 bit colour mode blackening your screens your best bet is to upgrade to Windows 10 or 8. The bug you're experiencing is an issue with Windows 7 (and probably anything older than Windows 7, too).
