A new small cave some where inside Conti with new mobs in.
Also maybe a small spawn of a new type of magma that drops some of the new items maybe same skin just make them red or just look a bit diff. Maybe Make a quest you have to do first to gain access to the cave. Feel free to add any other ideas what could be good to have in the dark mysterious cavern.

In the sneak peak isylver released before negamare patch there were 2 maps on it and only the blue negamare one got released, so maybe there could be a designed map sat doing nothing;p?
