RAVENSOUL	To give yourself best chance.... 200 skilled crafter, Best mats, Large diamond, Legendary tag, The recoil off will be around a decent toe range and still have 8 more try's at upgrading it, so it would be like having a +9 weapon if anvil is kind to you.
