Is there an 'ideal time' to take this now?
If so what is it and why

Depends what stat you want to use it on.
If its str or int do it at cap
If Dex anytime after 95 should be ok, I did at when I was at 1x rates though

always taken the +1 dex stat at 95... coz dex doesnt slow till 171 ..so why not ( mayb a reason duno )
or if ur ambitious bout ur dex.. do it after 171/6 etc mayb

I thought there were many slows throughout? or do you say 171 as that is where you lose the bonus gains? (I'm guessing you meant 171 stat rather than dex?)
Is it not a case of saving it as long as possible so you save the most time/%?

tbh..whatever, whenever you do it aint a major game changer. Needs one a them mathematical guys to answer this x

Ideal time is at the last slow down.

BLG last slow-down is at 151 STR. It then goes back to pre-slowdown gains at 171 str.

Assuming no more slow-downs after 171 (which I dunno) then between 151 and 171 is the best time.

I'd put it in DEX at that point since dex takes most %.

Dex slows at 180 then every 5.0 .....

Wait until you are level 120 and you hit your yellow stat. If you can't get another full 1.0 slap it on then. If you can get another full 1.0 do that first.

Same applies with all stats - STR, DEX and INT

Dex slows at 171 and 175 then every 5.0, same as str.

would pure nuk ( with axe 151-171str) hit 170+dex?

Unsure to say, I don’t think anyone went pure knuck after 110, at 110 you should finish 145/150, 20 dex is very unlikely.
