Does anyone know the ranges of a tole, toe and ss?
And is it the same range the lower the wep gets? Or is it based on a % of the weps speed at the time of upgrade? |

I think a ToE is 4-12% of the weaps recoil and an SS is 6-16%.
So yes as the recoil lowers the maximum a ToE can take is less also. |

Ah assumed there was % involved as ive seen a toe take off 126 and ss take of 100 at +5. Would mean its possible to have a 60 recoil bow 😂
So why do people pay so much for a wep with 20 better rec at 0 upgrade. When potentially it will be rng when its at +5 or +8. Something to think about. Just try and upgrade everything lol

The starting recoil can help a lot later on when the % reduction on an ever lower amount gives less in return, the "free" recoil reduction you get helps smooth out bad results. While you may get less taken off as you go lower and lower, the value of that less and less goes up due to how increasing atk speed scales in value. Thats why recoil reduction is always worth more than atk upgrades in terms of dps unless your hitting some super high def target.
For people levelling, buying a +1-3 wep with bad or average ToEs for cheap is actually a gd idea if its had a good +0 recoil as they are still fine for levelling since the only difference that high in recoil between good and bad weps is handful of extra atks per minute. Later on a few above average ToEs on top to +5 can give results that are as gd or better than if all the ToEs had been average % reductions.
