Upgrading to RDT has nothing to do with manufacturing skills, but upgrading to POD requires manufacturing skills, which means that my proposal is worthless. 1973	It is true ... but STR upgrade is not easy. It may fail to go from 0 to 1. It's the same with POD ... I want to trade that same number of luck.
