Fix the new proc's so they display properly

DR_EVIL	Currently in WH they show up as (DB touch %d%%) instead of (DB touch 3%), which is obviously totally useless, in trades they just say +1 and you cant see the upgrade effect, so trading would be difficult if you didn't full trust the person selling.
