A few issues I've encountered with the new proc's:
1) In the warehouse the % shows up as (%d%%). 2) In trade's they show up as only +2 (for instance) and don't show what effect the +2 has had. 3) Blue MA doesn't effect Death Globe proc damage, however Water Attack and DB are effected - I assume this is a bug.

Ok that explains that.
So there’s a new white proc, 2 new blue proc’s but no new black proc - if so it's not a bug but doesn't make much sense. |
