can the mintons npc have an overhaul please
for instance the proc neckys he sells are still 1's at 2%? where there are now 3's at 6% now the pumpkin necky on dsoma actually being of some use considering an untag swift hand is +5 dex and only an idiot would spend that many mintons on one please consider this xD thanks aww can't edit the title ;[
