JET_LI	Pot delay is not a myth, its called "ping, google it. Internet speed makes absolutely no difference, and doesn't help if ping isn't any good. The Koreans are playing with anything up to a 400/500 ms delay at the best of times I believe, this is why they don't pk allot. It's not as high at 400-500ms, remember the signal travels at the speed of light, if they are sending/receiving data over a bad hop/node then it might spike but they wouldn't be able to play at all at 500ms.
