Is it possible to give a few people moderator access to their guild channel?
Concerns that people might get in and listen in on their convos. The password protection should keep people out, but this could help calm people's worries. |

If you read my post I actually think its a good idea. And one that I will most likely use.
But I also highlighted that some people might be sceptical without any knowledge of who has set it up. Don't get so defensive. If you can't see why people would be sceptical or have worries then you are being ignorant to a lot of things that have happened in this server and some of the intense rivalries that there are.

The only thing I can think of is IPs and potential Ddosing however the server was setup with good intentions and only the server admins can see the IPs of people using it however as most of the server has eachother on skype I can't see how that would be a worry. Intense rivalries yes however with Gorshak around the corner and the potential NEED for conti, teamwork seems like a must for Wotw and other things coming up. I hope that you do use it, even if its just for general chit chat, it all helps, rivalries can stay the same and are good for the game competition wise. Enjoy!

Seriously, though, I don't think there'd be any harm in telling us who your main is, Ventrilo; but it's up to you at the end of the day. PS I'll just reiterate that I think it's great that you've done this :D

Maybe I'm diluting the channels now but Plums right in the idea's thread, the idle chit chat transforms the experience imo.
