Was wondering if it would be a good idea to have something drop from bosses that tells you the recipe for new access or new upgrades. What skill is required, what type of skill and what to add to the upgrade before you can apply it to gear (maybe even what it does?) Could work like a lottery ticket where you open it and then there is a message inside.
