LONGS |
So what's the story with making SRs? I seem to remember someone on the forums saying it takes about 240 hours so make one... Seems silly that people would sell something that takes so long to make for a measly 100k.
How do you go about making them? |

In the main Artisan Crafts (Armour, Accessory, Weapons) You must obtain 100.0 skill in one, 70.0 skill in each of the others to have the ability to use, or sell, 1 Special Repair every 4 hours real time. (for all items)
You get a new SR at Time 0 In-game time. Further SRs are obtained at 130.0 in your main craft, this will net you 2 SRs every 4 hours real time. 170skill, this will net you 3 SRs per 4 hours real time and 200skill, this will net you 4 SRs every 4 hours. There is no need to get the other 2 skills beyond 70. In all likelyhood it's slightly quicker getting a new character to 100skill in a main craft and the following crafts to 70,70 than getting from 100-130skill. Special repair quest (or self-repair quest) can be started once you have an Artisan craft at 70.0 skill. You start the quest at Abias blacksmith, he requests you collect a hammer from an NPC on 3rd floor dungeon called HAOMU. Once you return to the blacksmith in Abias, he teaches you the Repair skill. To use the "normal" repair function of having this skill, you must carry grind stones, right click a grind stone and you can repair one of your items. Grind stones are one-use. Once you obtain 100skill in your main Artisan craft, you will have the ability to Special repair an item relating to the skill you have at 100. To do this, you must go into your skills menu and drag the repair skill onto your spell bar. Clicking the repair icon on the spell bar brings up a hammer curser and opens your inventory. Clicking on an item with the hammer icon will Special repair it. To sell an SR, the seller must type /repairon and await the incoming request from another player. That player would type /REPAIR YOURNAME. After accepting the request you will see a window with the words NORMAL in blue, clicking this once will turn it into SPECIAL in red, this is SR. 1 item slot on the left hand side of the window is where the player will drag their item that needs repair into, it will also have a trade style box on the right hand side where they can drag and drop a trade item to buy it from you, or add barr for the sale vier the barr box.
