I cant seem to notice a change? Im still getting the same exp per kill? Unless its faster somehow else but i would presume its still the same % as before per 0.1 but quicker exp was the intent? Can a GM check its "working as intended" or state what the change was so its clearer.

It’s a tiered change. So I would imagine that mobs up to say blg got an increase and boars / trolls were left as they are end game. It’s what happened last time with the tiered increase.

The GM did say all mobs in the shout though which is why.
