In theory 150 in any of the 3 metal crafts would give you the same chance at upgrading, no matter what you was trying to upgrade.ie a weapon crafter trying to upgrade armour or accessories, an armour crafter trying to upgrade accessories or weapons, an accessories crafter trying to upgrade armour or weapons.

Says any metal craft but loads say accessories skill does not count but it should really Thought it was just armour and weaps that mattered when upgrading

You need 100 craft skill in any one of the 3 metal crafts to use the anvil at doing upgrades that require skill to attempt upgrading. So 100 armour or 100 weapon or 100 accessory craft skill to try an upgrade of things like dp's, toes etc the +5 upgrades.
