For more actual pvp and less running for 30mins i have some suggestions Add slow target same spell as ctf Add longer range to confusion Stone range 2 but holds for 2 seconds less |

-1, let’s not completely change the mechanics of soma - show up with remotely even numbers and I’m sure people won’t ‘play kiss chase’.

A spell that slowed your run movement that is white magic and similar to original slow would be decent dno about the other options though [/quote]

its not going to happen, sure we been suggesting this stuff for like 2 years and still nothing happend,.more than likely due to it not being able to be added..
We just have to Play soma for what it is and has been for 15 + years and deal with it. lol. the only pvp worthwhile in soma is gvw, thats it imo.

If your statement was true then how come soma is nothing like it was 15 years ago? Any ideas are worth mentioning as it helps the GM team come up with new updates and adjustments moving forwards and the worst they can do is say no.. Try and be more constructive

If your statement was true then how come soma is nothing like it was 15 years ago?
Any ideas are worth mentioning as it helps the GM team come up with new updates and adjustments moving forwards and the worst they can do is say no..

I’m sure Cupid’s trying to bait - as it would be foolish we couldn’t add an aura which we’ve already added to CTF.
Surely that level of delusion isn’t there - that being said if the attitude doesn’t pick up then we’ll suspend 👍 |

When CTF got added and we noticed these new spells, The majority of the server wanted this to be added, My reply is to say that this hasn't been done even though its been suggested, On a site note this suggestions forum is full of amazing ideas, Some slight input of, "Cant be done" or "Good idea will be thought about for future patches" would be nice to see from yourself and finito, So many people suggest things and we dont hear any replys to any of them. Since ive returned and been on discord with 20+ players at a time we have discussed these ideas and suggestions and all have said the same thing.. Who knows if it will ever happen, You surely can see peoples frustration? /Tom

I say have every range 1 wep should get a spell that limits enemy movement somehow i.e traps in walk or stone-like effect. Obv it has to be on a reasonably long cool-down. Give spear a slightly better one with 2-3 range to highlight its more ranged nature. Also give mages a directional g bird type teleport so that they don't get too screwed.

Screen resolution one of the problems imo
Classic soma is raneg 6 and now days we can see all map from same place .imo to add same size of screen for all can really help more tricks more close pvp and close living. Keep the game outside fourm its our face to the open world

I've always liked the idea of haivng CTF slow aura but...
It gives archers and mages more advantage - give range 1 melee range 2 and spear users range 3 (this can solve some of the current issue without CTF slow aura). Certain players will just decide to spam zombie and weak - which will mean the slowed player will either feather spam or tp which doesn't help with the kiss chase issue. If you are slowed then you are immune to getting zombied, weakened, stoned etc Stoners will also have advantage unless during slow aura you can't stone that player or if you do it only last 2seconds. If the above works then during slow you should not be able to spam feather - be able to use only 1 feather per second? Prob there are other loopholes people will try and take advantage when the player is slowed but the above is what I can think of. Other way to solve range issue is if you are over range 2 and are hitting the slowed player then your attack dealt is 50% to the player. Another issue a lot of people have is if you are stoned a second stone whilst first one is still active should just negate the first one - making stoners more alert and also avoids 3 stoners from spamming you. Probably it starts to become hard to code this :)
