Simple question;
Do the proc (x%) add up? for example if you have two +5 pieces at (7%) do they add up to (14%) or stay at (7%) per piece? So instead of now having (14%) chance of a single proc you have 2 chances to proc at (7%). I would prefer to hear confirmation from a gm ^_^.

Since you get double, treble procs etc must be each piece has an individual chance to proc.

Each part is a separate % chance

Yeah I'm sure this got answered by GM a long time ago. Same as both answers. It would be 2 chances at 7%

I have never seen a double flame proc or infernal I have seen flame and infernal proc at once though maybe 2 flame pieces stack to increase proc but 2x different
Procs don't stack like that but can double proc So 4x 7% on armor and 2x7% on rings and 12% on ear/Necky would be 6 chances at 7% and 2 at 12%

I believe double proc on the same spell doesn't show a double animation, you just notice it from the damage.
