Item that increases upgrade chance

FEEBLE	Maybe an item could be implented that when used during upgrade, it increases your chance of success. Either a potion with a very short timer or an item you add during upgrade. Non-tradable also Not purchasable through site. Yeah could make a lot of money off it, but I see it being abused.
