Very doubtful anyone will have upped weps, your best bet is to find a crafter and hope for intense or combine a few tagged

"KAZOKU"You cant And I wouldn't worry to much about low level weaps, only takes till lvl60 ish to get bloodthirst spear, then upgrade that Just look for highest tag weaps you can now, as the dmg from top tag is a big difference Catch me ingame and il throw some spears your way, got a few laying about
