What range does the TOE do? Last night I went +3 to +4 on my horde hand and it took 23 recoil off is this supposed to be so low?

Not sure on range I've had some over 100 and others turn out crap just depends on roll u just got a bad roll there I think

I believe its something like 25-110 Recoil off? Depending on the current speed of the weapon? I.E harder for knuckles to get better toes due to knuckles already being a+ if good standard recoil

I think qiang or flick did some testing on toes and sure they posted there results.
toles, toes and ss work just like gems do when adding them when crafting items to increase dura they have a low % and high % of what the item is at the time. Its why imho once a weapon is at A/A+ your better off using ss than a toe, a poor ss will still always be a lot better than a poor toe, then again 8 ss would be the best line to go down on any weapon upgrade.

A toe is 4-12% and an SS is 6-16%
