Hey i've a skim through the change log and couldn't find anything there so is it still 500,000 barr to get explosion-x?

How am i supposed to gather that much money, as it is at the moment all the barr i get goes straight on MP pots for leveling, I never have any spare barr. In fact i'm barely breaking even, sometimes i have to farm Special gems to sell for 400apc :S

Any veteran mages care to give me sum advice on how to save up for this spell?

Armour sells for 1k apc.

The only reason i can afford to actually hunt at the moment is from changing s gems to yellow gem n sellin to NPC.

If devs lose conti i have no idea how i'm going to afford to hunt - any tips on what to do in this situation would be great aswell please, new to dsoma lovin it so far tho :)

& this is exactly why they have rates spot on. you need conti gives you a reason to fight for it.

I don't think the intention is that if you lose conti you can't hunt at all... but this seems to be the case for dsoma mages. no other class or human would have this without conti thats my point.

There are various ways of making and saving barr. It's the challenge to find them.

When I was a devil back when dsoma started up I used to have to regain mp by standing in peace waiting....

We didn't have sgems either.

If you can get weaken (which is being worked on currently), yes I believe it is.
