Or... Limit the amount of times a scroll can be used i.e, 5 in one minute or something. I get annoyed at 23.5k let alone 100k.

Moral loss is currently bugged, you lose 3 moral per kill on HSoma regardless of the other persons level or moral.
If you remember back 2 months ago when you and phyra stocked up on res scrolls and let us go devil... now the shoes on the other foot and you don't like it. You're complaining that when you constantly follow the same 3 players around the map and attack them they die too much. Try not being a **** perhaps?

People who can afford 10-20 res scrolls to "en-snare you in their diabolic plan for you to be a tool" will succeed even if they cost more...

Res no stack anymore, I think weight change some time back. People who can afford 10-20 res scrolls to

The penalty for death and Player Killing is far too light, it's one of the very few drawbacks of this very well made server.
I have to make the comparison as it's a slightly older game which was once competing under the same network - Legend of Mir 2. You really didn't want to die and you had to be selective with your Player Killing choices. Death when you were red (or Wicked-Devil here) was highly punished , not only were you banished to a sort of "jail" area (Penal Colony), but you dropped everything in your bag and had a high chance of dropping item(s) from your body. You were also punished more for killing players significantly under your level (noob killing was not a good idea). Granted PvP was more versatile on LoM2, but just to raise the severity of death and Player Killing here would make for a grandiose improvement. Players could still choose to conduct themselves in the same fashion they are now, however risk / reward would be hugely altered.
