Just wanted to know the coords again for the Flame Arrow spell.
And can you upgrade this spell or not?

Can't remember the cords, but it's a small camp fire just north east of ghoul town in the grave yard. And yes it is Upgradeable, think female npc in Merc town offers. (Please correct me if I'm wrong)
