After a recent windows update i'm getting bad stuttering in game. I seem to recall a fix for this a while ago but no luck finding it.

You can set

fps_cap=1
fps_cap_limit=90

In your somadevlauncher.ini

Might help. But otherwise need to wait for Finito to do his dll fix everytime windows is updated.
